Joseph Toth

Owner Since 1966

Joe is the project supervisor and coordinator. He is on site overseeing everyday operations. He is qualified to operate every piece of equipment and has a CDL to haul both equipment and “mud” from dredging. Joe’s ability to see a project completed before we even start makes him irreplaceable. His knowledge and expertise of every aspect of this business is unmatched.

Michael Toth

Owner Since 1966

Mike is responsible for all of our project bidding. He is the one who makes the first site visit and determines the necessary course of action and permit requirements. He can look at the project from various perspectives to provide a detailed proposal outlining each stage of the job with the associated costs and recommendations.

John Finlayson

Laborer and Machine operator

With us since 1987

John started working for us right out of high school. He runs and drives most of our equipment and spends much of his time working beside Joe Toth. His great eye for aesthetics and his knowledge of this field helps so much with the finished project.

Jeff Moore

Our Foreman

With us since 1993

Jeff’s eye for detail and his creative ability saves our customers time and money.

He has a CDL and can run all of our equipment. Whether it is hauling material or digging it, Jeff can do it all. His dedication to our company is unquestionable and his knowledge of the business immeasurable.

Natalie Miller

Administrative Manager

Natalie juggles most of the office duties and branches out into other areas as needed. She has become familiar with all aspects of the business, including the new website design!

She is literally Mike’s right hand and Joe’s left hand – ask her a question and she will follow through until you have an answer. Her background is in environmental biology and business administration which makes her a versatile member of our team.

Lenney Sanchez

Laborer and Truck Driver

Joined us in 2013

Lenney has quickly become a valuable part of our crew. He can do anything labor related, he is always on top of maintaining our trucks and equipment, has his CDL, and hauls “mud” and heavy equipment for us. Lenney is always pleasant and eager to help where he can, no matter the weather no matter the task.

Mike Schaffer

Laborer Joined us in 2017

Mike is our go to laborer, if you need something done, he will get it done and with a smile. He has quickly become Jeff’s right hand man and is invaluable in the field, he can now operate most of the equipment and knows how to restore a jobsite to keep clients happy.

Bill Aichele

Laborer

Bill is Mike Toth’s grandson and has helped with random tasks when it comes to the business, his entire life. He has recently come back to join us as a laborer when we need the extra help. Growing up around the business, makes him a very welcome addition.

Cristine Shafer

Office/Permit Coordinator

Cristine joined us this past October 2023 when John Thomas, (with us since 2002) retired in Sept 2023. We wish John the best in his well earned retirement.

Cristine is our permit coordinator in training, she is quickly becoming part of the Toth team! She is responsible for the acquisition of the necessary permits and approvals for all projects from all agencies involved, this would include the Conservation Districts, PA DEP Dams & Waterways, PA Fish & Boat Commission, US Army Corps of Engineers and all municipal compliances.
